Rodney M. Gaston

     Rod received his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1989.  He is a member of Maryland Trial Lawyer's Association President's Club as an Eagle (highest level), serving with Laura Zois on the MTLA Board of Governors.  Rod also serves as the Chairperson of the Education and Programs Committee which is responsible for all of the educational curriculum for MTLA.  He is also the MTLA Vice-Chairperson of the Auto Negligence Section.  Rod's professional memberships also include the Maryland State Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. His law practice focuses on personal injury and has served as the attorney in truck accident cases for scores of injury victims.
